Jim Abbinanti

Jim Abbinanti is currently the Manager of Strategy and Analytics at CNO Financial Group, where responsibilities include providing thought leadership and designing analytics strategies that support data-driven decisions regarding talent programs. Prior to this role, Jim worked at ADP from 2002 to 2019, serving as Manager of Data Analysis, where analysis and reporting of key business metrics informed decision-making for Enterprise Learning and its partners. Additionally, Jim held the position of Manager of Learning Evaluation and Business Impact, overseeing analytics and measurement for National Accounts, and served as Lead Instructional Designer, developing key learning initiatives for various teams. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
