Nicole McDonagh

Nicole McDonagh is an experienced manager in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Manager of New Business at CNO Financial Group since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading the transition of new business processes to an offshore vendor and acting as the primary subject matter expert for RFP and vendor selection. Prior to this role, Nicole managed client services teams at CNO Financial Group and held various positions at Bankers Life, such as New Business Operations Supervisor and Lead Policy Change Specialist, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
