Emmanuel Bacry

Emmanuel Bacry is a current CNRS researcher and Chief Scientific Officer at the Health Data Hub, where they also serve on the Board of the Fondation Abeona. As a representative for the European Medicines Agency and the European Commission on health data initiatives, they actively contribute to the Big Data Steering Group and the European Data Innovation Board. Previously, Emmanuel held various senior research positions, including at CNRS and Ecole Polytechnique, and played a key role in the French government’s "Data vs Covid" task force. They co-founded and presided over the Scientific Advisory Board at namR, showcasing their leadership in the field of health data innovation.
