Sandrine Ruhlmann is a researcher at the CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique since October 2016, holding the position of Chargée de recherche. Ruhlmann served as the Directrice de la revue Techniques & Culture from September 2021 to December 2022 and was the Directrice de la revue Études mongoles & sibériennes, centrasiatiques & tibétaines from June 2019 to December 2021. Prior experience includes a post-doctoral position at the Collège de France focusing on social representations of pathogens at species boundaries, as well as roles in teaching and research at various institutions, including UPEC and INRA. Academic qualifications encompass a Doctorate in social anthropology and ethnology from EHESS, alongside other degrees from Paris V René Descartes and INALCO.
