Claire Budan serves as the HR Development Manager and Managerial Support at CNS Communications since January 2013, focusing on key HR and managerial development projects, including the deployment of a Talent Management Solution and the consolidation of onboarding processes for new and existing managers. With experience in leading various HR initiatives, Claire has played a crucial role in establishing the CNS Professional Development project and supporting managerial growth through training and communication strategies. Claire's previous roles at Orange involved internal communication and editorial management, contributing to the effective dissemination of information among employees. Claire holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and dual degrees in International Relations and Multicultural Communication.
