Michele Lamar-Chamberlin

Michele LaMar-Chamberlin is a seasoned Senior PMO Manager at CNSI, where responsibilities include developing documentation standards for customer-facing design documentation and leading various Medicaid-related projects since 2010. With a PMP certification obtained in 2004, Michele has extensive experience in Medicaid Information Technology Architecture and has played key roles in strategic planning and business requirements elicitation for the State of Michigan Medicaid Program. Previous roles at CNSI include overseeing Medicaid Management Information Systems and managing projects related to HIPAA migration and Electronic Health Records. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Enterprise Program Management at The Regence Group, where Michele established project governance standards and significantly improved a failing software implementation, and held senior management positions at CTG, Inc. and The Northern Trust. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Lewis University.
