Prabu Ramadass

Prabu Ramadass has extensive experience in information technology, with a focus on strategic initiatives and system administration. Prabu started their career at SRM Infotech as a System Administrator from August 2002 to May 2004. Prabu then joined Elmaq as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for various tasks such as user account management, network configuration, and server maintenance from May 2004 to August 2006. Prabu then joined CNSI as an Assistant Manager - IT, where they excelled in managing SharePoint teams, providing support for CNSI sites, and designing ITIL-based policies. Prabu later became the Lead of Information Technology Strategic Initiatives, where they conducted research, managed teams, and assisted with integration activities. Prabu's expertise lies in IT strategy, system administration, and project management.

Prabu Ramadass holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Madras. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A.) degree in Computer Application, also from the University of Madras. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Computer Technology (D.C.T) from Sri Balaji Polytechnic College. Prabu has obtained several certifications, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) from CNSI, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 from EXIN, Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) from CNSI, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), both from Microsoft.
