Francisca van Dusseldorp

Francisca van Dusseldorp is an experienced professional in development cooperation and coaching, currently serving as the Regional Coordinator for Africa at CNV Internationaal since March 2023. With a longstanding commitment to societal impact, Francisca has held various roles including coach, trainer, and consultant at MDF Africa and MDF West Africa ltd. since February 2017, focusing on enhancing development practices. Past experience includes managing community initiatives at Solidez and leading the Youth Clinic at Dr. Leo Kannerhuis. With expertise in personal development and organizational performance, Francisca has contributed to projects in gender and development in countries such as Niger and Rwanda while also holding a coaching practice from 2006 to 2015. Francisca holds an Ingenieur degree from Wageningen University & Research and is certified in transformational leadership coaching and DISC assessment.
