Herman currently works at CNV as Vakbondsconsulent en adviseur collectieve belangenbehartiging CNV. Prior to this, Herman held positions at RVO and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate. Herman is highly qualified with a postdoctoral degree in accountancy and has a background in economics and medicine.
