Elizabeth Medsker

Elizabeth Medsker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elizabeth began their career as an Artist in the Young Artists at Work program, where they contributed to the creation and installation of a mural in downtown Toledo. Elizabeth then transitioned to the fast-food industry, starting as a Team Trainer at Arby's Restaurant Group, where they trained new employees in various positions. After that, Elizabeth worked at Page Plus Cellular as a Customer Service Representative, initially taking calls and later transitioning to the Live Chat team, where they dealt with multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Following this, they worked at Velocity the Greatest Phone Company Ever, Inc. as a Carrier Account Manager, reviewing orders/contracts, coordinating installations, and providing support to internal teams. Currently, Elizabeth is employed at CNWR, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing System Administrators and Programmers, serving as a liaison between the company and clients, and clarifying project scopes and use cases.

Elizabeth Medsker attended Owens Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Fine/Studio Arts, General. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Springfield High School from 2005 to 2009, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on General studies. In addition to their educational achievements, Elizabeth Medsker obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2020.
