Ken Colao

Ken Colao has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Ken served as President and CEO of CNY Group since 2003, where they led a solutions-oriented firm that provided various services in the construction sector. Under their leadership, the company focused on enhancing clients' interests, sustainability practices, and social conscience. Prior to CNY Group, Ken was the CEO and Founding Principal of York Hunter, a construction firm that completed over $2.1 billion of construction projects in the United States. During their 20-year tenure at York Hunter, they diversified the company into different market sectors and established new branded entities. Before that, Ken was a Principal in Charge at Lehrer McGovern (Lend Lease) from 1979 to 1983 and a Project Superintendent at Morse Diesel from 1977 to 1979.

Ken Colao pursued their education in civil engineering, focusing on the structural aspect. From 1973 to 1977, they attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
