Tom Tucker

Tom is from Fountaintown, Indiana where has farmed for nearly 50 years, currently farming in partnership with his cousin. They are dedicated no-tillers and grow corn, soybeans and seed beans for a local seed company on 2,000 acres. Their acreage reaches Hancock and Shelby counties. Tom and wife Debi have raised three children on the farm.

Tom wanted to be a Co-Alliance Board member because he enjoys the chance to work with other farmers and management of a local co-op. Single county co-ops have become multi-county that stretch beyond state lines; the opportunities are larger along with the challenges. Tom is thankful to be a part of the Co-Alliance Board and to have a hand in what the future holds for our cooperative.
