Ia Adlercreutz

Ia Adlercreutz is an experienced professional in sustainable business practices and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Professor of Practice at Aalto University and Board Member at Kotivara Oy, Adlercreutz also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Co-founders. With a strong focus on sustainability, Adlercreutz has contributed as Chair of the Sustainability Committee at Perheyritysten liitto and has held various board roles, including at Harvia and Design Forum Finland, where strategic design promotion enhances Finnish companies' competitiveness. Educated at Aalto University with an MA in Design and an Executive MBA, Adlercreutz combines expertise in branding and marketing from previous roles at Fiskars Group and Kekkilä Group, further complemented by additional qualifications in agrology and national defense.
