Alastair Pattrick

Alastair Pattrick is a Sustainable Sourcing Manager at Co-op since December 2016, where responsibilities include leading sustainable sourcing strategies focused on deforestation and relevant commodities such as soy, palm oil, and cocoa. Previously, Alastair served as a Sustainable Sourcing Officer and Sustainability Reporting Adviser at Co-op, developing key policies and managing reporting processes aligned with the Group's ethics and sustainability performance. Before Co-op, Alastair worked as a Consultant at Anthesis Group, leading internal sustainability initiatives, and as a Temp Admissions Assistant at The University of Manchester. Alastair holds an MSc in Environmental Governance and a BSc in Geography from The University of Manchester.
