David Hallam Frsa

David Hallam MA FRSA is a seasoned communications and consultancy professional with extensive experience in interim roles, particularly in the fields of health and advocacy. As the Director of Horizon Glen Ltd since 2003, David has provided strategic guidance to numerous organizations, most notably serving as the Director of Communications and Global Advocacy for the International Diabetes Federation, where responsibilities included managing high-profile events and leading a diverse team.
