Principal Service Manager - Service Strategy & Design at Co-op

Dawn Boardman has extensive experience in IT service management and strategy, having worked at the Co-operative Group since 2006. Currently serving as Principal Service Manager for Service Strategy & Design, Dawn previously held roles including IT Service Manager at Co-operative Legal Services and Head of IT for Co-op Academies Trust during a secondment. In addition, Dawn was IS Service Desk Manager from 2006 to 2010. Since August 2010, Dawn has contributed significantly to service delivery and management within the organization.
