Graham Barr

Graham Barr is an experienced professional in online operations and retail management, currently serving as the Online Field Operations Lead at Co-op since August 2020. In this role, Graham has successfully implemented an online strategy and transformation program that enhanced the customer journey and increased the customer base, notably leading the launch of Amazon in the first UK store in Glasgow with outstanding success. Prior experience includes serving as the Retail and F&B Performance Manager at Edinburgh Airport, focusing on retail and catering business performance, and roles at Tesco where Graham contributed to the growth of online merchandise and Click & Collect operations across multiple regions. Earlier work experience includes leadership roles with TUI Travel PLC in resort management and Scottish Water, specializing in revenue maximization.
