Leah Ellis

Leah Ellis currently serves as an NPD Controller and Portfolio Manager at Greencore since November 2022. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Co-op, starting as a Fresh Produce Buyer and progressing through roles such as Bakery Buyer, Chilled Desserts Buyer, and Senior Product Manager for various categories, with a focus on innovative product development in the fast-paced Food to Go and Bakery sectors. Earlier in Leah's career, a commercial graduate role at Siemens involved exposure to project teams and management accountancy within the Power Transmission and Distribution division. Leah holds a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2003.
