Sarah De Caux has extensive experience in the research and analytics field, with a background in leading customer, member, and colleague research. Sarah has held various senior research positions at Join the Dots and Co-op, where Sarah is currently the Lead Analytics & Insight Manager. Sarah also previously worked as a Project Manager at Databuild Research and Solutions Ltd. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Sociology from the University of York.
