Barry Tarus

Barry Tarus has extensive experience in payroll and customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of the Network Operations Centre and a Customer Experience Executive at the Co-operative Bank of Kenya since August 2016. Previously, Barry held the position of Management Trainee at P J Dave Company, where responsibilities included supervising payroll staff and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Payroll Officer at Farmer's Choice Limited, focusing on payroll processing, contract accuracy, and tax remittances. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Nairobi, completed in 2013.
