Freja Andresen Fabricius

Freja Andresen Fabricius currently serves as a Junior Officer in Global Regulatory Affairs at CO-RO since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Specialist and Quality Assistant at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW from June 2020 to September 2022, and as a Quality Assistant at Alsiano from October 2017 to June 2020. Freja's expertise encompasses quality management systems in compliance with food legislation and BRC standards, participation in audits and inspections, customer and supplier communication, and product evaluations. Additionally, Freja has experience in hygiene management from a stint at Syngja during the Roskilde Festival in 2018. Freja's educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Technology from DTU, a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Biomedicine from DTU, and studies at the University of Copenhagen and University of Aberdeen.
