Stine Lystbæk

Stine Lystbæk has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and communication. Stine started their career as an HR Associate at Stadium, a Swedish retail business. Stine then moved on to work as an HR Consultant and Personal Assistant for the SVP at Maersk Oil's Global HQ. Stine later became a Nordic HR Manager at Colgate-Palmolive, where they managed HR operations for multiple countries and business units. Stine also served as the Chief HR Officer at Interdan Bil A/S, where they focused on transforming HR into a strategic support function. Most recently, Stine held leadership positions at CO-RO, a Danish-owned beverage manufacturer, where they were responsible for global HR and communication initiatives. Throughout their career, Stine has been involved in various aspects of HR management, including talent management, performance management, employee training, and organizational development. Stine has experience working in multinational companies and has a strong background in driving employee engagement and facilitating change. Stine holds a position as a student counsellor at Copenhagen Business School during their studies.

Stine Lystbæk obtained their Bachelor of Science in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in the years 1997 to 2000. Stine then pursued their Master of Science in Economics & Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy, Organization & Management at the same institution from 2000 to 2002. In April 2016, Stine also acquired the Lumina Spark certification, and they possess an OPQ32 certification as well.
