Enoch Elwell

Co-Founder & Chairman at CO.STARTERS

Enoch Elwell is the Co-Founder and Chairman at CO.STARTERS. Enoch has dedicated their career to supporting startups and developing initiatives to build strong economies.

Elwell got their start in 2007 as the owner of a remodeling and restoration company. In 2010, they became a Fellow at CreateHere, an organization that works to build Chattanooga's economy. At CreateHere, Elwell managed the administration of the SpringBoard business planning program and helped rewrite and redesign the curriculum. Enoch also cofounded the launch of The Company Lab, which provides support, mentorship, and capital to high-growth business startups.

In 2014, Elwell became a Founding Member of the Startup Champions Network. Enoch served on the Leadership Team until 2019 when they transitioned to their current role at CO.STARTERS.

At CO.STARTERS, Elwell helps entrepreneurs turn their ideas into viable businesses. Enoch also served on the Kauffman Foundation's ESHIP Summit Community Team from 2017 to 2019.

Enoch Elwell obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Covenant College.
