Paul Champaneria is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience founding and leading multiple companies in the recruitment and technology sectors. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of HireGuard since February 2023, Paul specializes in detecting unpaid recruitment fees for staffing firms. As the Founder and CEO of ExpertHiring since October 2011, Paul has developed a global staffing company utilizing patented recruitment automation software. Additionally, Paul established CallMantra and Hireify, both focused on improving communication and efficiency in recruitment, and LGBTQCareers.co, a job board dedicated to supporting diverse LGBTQ candidates. Paul has also led iTeleCenter, a pioneer in cloud-based phone systems, and served as CEO of COA Network Inc. and FocalPoint Systems, the latter recognized for its customizable CRM solutions for sales teams.
