Rusty Smith

Rusty Smith, Director of CLC Programs at COA Goldin Center since June 1970, also serves as the Riverwest Operations Coordinator at COA Youth & Family Centers since September 2017. Graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a BSM degree.
