Charles K. Paul

Charles K. Paul has over 18 years of work experience in various roles related to distribution, warehousing, operations management, and safety. Charles K. is currently the Director of Distribution and Warehousing at Coach Glass since February 2021. Before that, they worked at Ardagh Group from 2015 to 2021, where they held positions such as Health and Safety Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Process Optimizer. Prior to their time at Ardagh Group, Charles was a Warehouse Group Leader at Target in 2014 and a Warehouse Manager at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company from March 2014 to September 2014. Charles K. started their career at Ardagh Group in 2009 as a Shipping/Warehouse Manager and also worked at UPS as a Local Sort Operations Supervisor from 2003 to 2009.

Charles K. Paul holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Industrial Technology and Insurance and Risk Management from Ball State University. Charles K. has additional certifications including FSSC22000 Internal Auditor Certification from RABQSA, HACCP Manager from NSF International, and Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt from Ardagh Group.
