Lidia Chmel

Lidia Chmel is a Midlife Coach with extensive experience in leadership and personal development. Currently, Lidia operates their own coaching practice since January 2017, while also serving as a Leadership & Productivity Coach at GrowthSpace since June 2022, focusing on data-driven employee growth. Previously, as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of La Tua Storia, Lidia developed an e-learning platform for women and published a self-development book. Lidia also co-founded Mama's Dream Club, facilitating educational activities for mothers and children, and held significant financial roles at Sibur and PwC, where Lidia led key projects in risk management, compliance, and finance. Lidia holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International.
