With a background as Vice President at ProCura Real Estate Services and experience at IBM, Jamie leverages extensive knowledge in guiding executives and senior leaders to achieve clarity, alignment, and strategic momentum. Offering tailored coaching programs, Jamie focuses on maximizing potential, enhancing collaboration, and developing organizational culture using Barrett Cultural Transformation Tools. Additionally, Jamie serves as a faculty member for Coach U, Inc., and holds certifications as a PQ Pioneer Coach and Certified Positive Intelligence Coach. Jamie's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Organizational Behaviour from The University of British Columbia.
