Adelson Aguasvivas

Adelson Aguasvivas is a Software Development Engineer at Amazon since July 2021, working within the Data Depot team of the SAIF Data organization. In addition, Aguasvivas serves as a Software Engineering Coach at Coachable, mentoring computer science graduates and self-taught learners. Previous roles include Team Leader for the First Year Retreat and Experience program, participation in Google and Facebook workshops, and serving as VP of Community Outreach at the Dominican Student Association. Aguasvivas co-founded and held the position of VP of Technology at Harvard Latinxs in Finance & Technology, coordinating numerous events and securing significant corporate sponsorships. Experience also includes production and songwriting for 21 Colorful Crimson, research as part of the Computing Research Association's DREU program, and leading campus tours at Harvard. Aguasvivas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Harvard University, complemented by a secondary focus in Ethnicity, Migration, and Rights.
