Smita R is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership coaching and corporate management. Currently serving as General Manager at Coacharya since July 2019, Smita has facilitated leadership development programs, including 'Coaching Mindset' and 'Leader as a Coach,' while designing customized programs that align with organizational goals. Previously, Smita held the position of Relationship Manager at Regal Unlimited, focusing on brand development and digital engagement, and served as Assistant Manager II at ICICI Bank, managing corporate banking operations. Smita holds an MBA in Finance from Bharati Vidyapeeths Institute of Management Studies & Research and a BCOM in Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
