Previously, Shawn held positions at Cin7 as Regional Director for Sri Lanka and India, where strategic planning and customer lifecycle optimization were key responsibilities. With a background in project management, Shawn has successfully led various roles, including Supply Chain Manager at Sheet Glory DMCC and Project Manager at Fortude and Salpo Technologies, focusing on delivering projects within budget and scope while enhancing customer satisfaction. Shawn holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by extensive software development experience in early career roles.
