Scott Burritt

Scott Burritt serves as the Director of Public Affairs and Customer Experience for the Coachella Valley Water District since October 2013, overseeing a budget of $20 million and managing a team of 80 staff across various departments. With a diverse career spanning roles such as Director of Service and Customer Services Manager, Scott has consistently improved operational efficiency and customer service outcomes. Prior experience includes serving as Supervising Court Services Analyst for the Judicial Council of California, where oversight of collections and court services was a focus, as well as roles in the City of Los Angeles and the California Fair Political Practices Commission. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Management, a Master of Public Administration, and has completed an Executive Fellowship in Public Administration.
