Scott Hunter

Scott Hunter is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Coachella Valley Water District since May 2019, Scott ensures the effectiveness and compliance of HR programs including employment, benefits, and labor relations. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at the City and County of San Francisco-Housing Authority and Senior HR Analyst at the City of Burlingame. Scott has also held key roles in HR management and workforce development at Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority and Hamilton County Job & Family Services. With a strong educational background, including an Executive Master's in Human Resources from Xavier University and a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma, Scott is recognized for implementing HR policies and enhancing organizational performance.
