Helen Allum Richardson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, coaching, and digital marketing within the equestrian industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Development and Provincial Stable Program Lead for Ontario Equestrian, along with the role of NCCP Master Coach Developer at the Coaching Association of Canada, Helen has dedicated their career to advancing equestrian sports. As an Equestrian Coach and Social Media Coordinator at Oakhurst Farm since 1994, Helen has also contributed to online marketing initiatives, including the development of the Oakhurst Farm website. Previous roles include Coordinator of Technical Programs at Equestrian Canada Équestre, Customer Success Manager at Upchain, and various positions in marketing and administration across different organizations. Helen holds a degree in Small Business Accounting from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and has a solid educational foundation from Carleton University and Bethany Hills School.
