Sudeshna Nambiar has over 20 years of experience in leadership and management roles. Sudeshna is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the Coaching Association of Canada, where they support the development and monitoring of strategic and operational plans. Prior to this, Sudeshna served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cervini Group Of Companies, where they conducted extensive business research and analysis and successfully led vendor management. Additionally, they held roles such as Executive Vice President and Executive Director of Human Resources and Compliance at Cervini Group Of Companies. Sudeshna has also worked as a General Manager at Sunray Group of Hotels and held various positions at Radisson Hotel Group, including Corporate Director of Rooms Division & Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Earlier in their career, they served as an Associate Vice President Investment/Insurance at ING, where they led a team and oversaw all aspects of HR operations for thousands of employees.

Sudeshna Nambiar has an Executive MBA degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Sudeshna also holds a Postgraduate Degree in HRM from Seneca Polytechnic. Sudeshna obtained a Master's degree in Immunology and Cytogenetics from the University of North Bengal, and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the same institution. Sudeshna is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University with a concentration in Business Administration and Management. In addition, they completed an Executive Leadership program in Business Administration and Management from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
