Diana Polak, Ph.D has over 20 years of experience in executive coaching and performance improvement. Diana is the CEO of Breakthrough Change Strategies, where they work with individuals worldwide to enhance their management styles and impact business unit processes. Diana has also served as a facilitator and host for WBECS World Business Executive Coaching at Coaching.com since 2020. Diana is a member of the Boston University Advisory Board since 2017 and was a board member for Knology from 2018 to 2019. Diana has also taken on roles as a mentor and advisor at iCEO from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they were a member of the Young Leaders at The Brookings Institution from 1995 to 2011 and worked as a program director at The Conference Board from 1999 to 2004. Diana Polak, Ph.D has a diverse education history. Diana attended Harvard Business School from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Doctorate in Organizational Change. During this time, they also worked as a Research Associate in Organizational Change. Prior to that, Diana obtained a Doctorate from Harvard Graduate School of Education, with the specific field of study not provided.
