Doug Reynolds

Doug Reynolds is the current Director at Coaching.com. Doug has over 28 years of experience in the field of industrial and organizational psychology. Doug started their career as a Senior Scientist at HumRRO, where they managed personnel research projects for the U.S. military and civilian government agencies, as well as high-stakes testing programs for professional associations. In 1997, Doug joined the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, where they have held various positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in their current role as Director. Throughout their career, Doug has been instrumental in designing and implementing innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges. Doug is widely respected for their deep knowledge of organizational behavior and their ability to translate research into practice.

Doug Reynolds completed a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University. Doug also holds a BA in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
