Shalini Mittal holds the titles of Associate Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership and Founder, Lead Coach at n(Able) Solutions, with a focus on executive coaching, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. With experience in facilitating leadership transition and developing leadership pipelines, Shalini actively engages in one-on-one and virtual coaching engagements. As a facilitator for the World Business & Executive Coach Summit, Shalini contributes to global coaching discussions. Additionally, Shalini is the Founder of n(Able) Change, aimed at social change initiatives related to gender justice. Shalini served as Visiting Faculty for the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women, dedicated to enhancing women's leadership. Academic qualifications include a PGCE from the University of Sunderland.
