Ravi Santhanam

Ravi Santhanam has extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Ravi is currently a Certified Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, where they empower executives and leadership teams to enhance their performance and increase their impact. Prior to this, Ravi founded their own advisory firm, MetaDrsti Advisory, where they provided executive coaching and helped clients develop a better understanding of themselves and their businesses. Ravi also holds CEO Coach certification from Coaching Foundation India and has completed the Post Graduate Program in Executive Coaching from their Graduate School. Earlier in their career, Ravi held senior leadership positions at Hindustan Motors Ltd, Mahindra Holidays Ltd, and Mahindra & Mahindra, where they played a pivotal role in turning around struggling businesses, developing business strategies, and driving growth.

Ravi Santhanam's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Ravi obtained a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, completing their studies from 1971 to 1976. Later, they pursued an MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, from 1978 to 1980. Ravi then attended the Harvard Business School in 1995, where they completed the Advanced Management Program in Industrial & Systems Management. In addition to their degrees, Ravi Santhanam has also obtained several certifications. Ravi is a certified CEO Coach from the Coaching Foundation India (CFI) and has completed a Post Graduate Program in Executive Coaching from the same institution.
