Louise Grinsdale

Louise Grinsdale is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership development, coaching, and organizational consulting. Serving as Director of LOUISE GRINSDALE LTD since 2013, Grinsdale also works as a Coach for Coaching Right Now®, focusing on one-on-one coaching and 360 feedback for global middle managers using virtual technology. Additionally, Grinsdale has been an Associate Consultant at both Meta-LUCID ltd and Cmt-London since 2014, designing transformational talent management strategies and delivering training on leadership and communication behaviors. Previous roles include consulting for the National Skills Academy for Financial Services and freelance writing for Korn/Ferry International. Early career experience includes significant HR and leadership development positions at Aviva plc spanning over a decade. Grinsdale has contributed to academia as a Volunteer Guest Lecturer at the University of East Anglia.
