Kent Chen

Kent Chen is an experienced executive coach and counseling psychologist with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at CoachSource LLC and the American Management Association since 2014 and 2011 respectively, Chen also provides psychological counseling at the Shiuh-Li Memorial Foundation since 2007. Previously, Chen held the position of Fellow Coach at BetterUp from 2019 to 2021 and was the President of the Taiwan Chapter of the International Coach Federation from 2010 to 2011. Earlier career experience includes a notable role as General Manager for Telecommunications and Media Industries at IBM from 1980 to 1998. Chen holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Taipei University of Education, an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taiwan University.
