Marcy Schwab

Marcy Schwab serves as President of Inspired Leadership, LLC since April 2012, providing consulting, leadership advisory, and executive coaching services to a diverse clientele including Fortune 500 companies and various start-ups. Currently, Marcy holds board and advisory positions at several organizations, including BM Technologies, Inc., RoadSync, and Arena, contributing strategic insights to the FinTech sector. A notable past experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at The Reserve Trust Company, where Marcy facilitated strategic initiatives and product development. Earlier roles include Vice President at Sallie Mae and Senior Vice President at Capital One, where Marcy managed substantial revenue-generating businesses and developed innovative banking products. Marcy holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSE from the University of Pennsylvania.
