Carlin Iannarelli Ali is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sports operations, education, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Softball Operations at Mission City Athletics and CEO of Fire Down Softball LLC, Carlin also teaches Physical Education and coaches at Derby High School, emphasizing athletic development and inclusivity through Unified Sports. A highly regarded softball coach, recognized as the #1 Coach in NY Softball by CoachUp, Carlin has previously held educational roles, including Special Education Teacher at The Child School and Physical Education Teacher at New Beginnings Family Academy. With a strong academic background, including a Master's in Teaching Physical Education from Manhattanville University and an MBA from Iona University, Carlin combines expertise in sports management with a commitment to student-athlete development.
