Sarah Ziegler

Sarah Ziegler has over 10 years of experience in the fields of yoga, Ayurveda, and contemporary dance. In 2011, they began working with Ayurveda Yoga in Movement, where they held roles as an Enjoy Yoga - Conscious Movement, Reconnective Healing & The Reconnection, and Ayurveda Massage & Bodywork coach. In 2012, they joined CoachUp as a Privat Yoga & Contemporary Dance Coach. During their time in these roles, Sarah developed expertise in Eric Franklin Method, Alexander Technic, Feldenkrais, Body Mind Centering, Yoga Vidya Dham, and Paracelsus School. Sarah has also traveled extensively throughout India to explore the various Yoga Universities. Sarah currently teaches Yoga groups and private classes for relaxation, and offers Ayurveda and Yoga treatments.

Sarah Ziegler has been a Reconnective Healing Foundational Practitioner and Reconnection-Certified Practitioner since 2014, having studied healing at The Reconnection®.
