Sebastian Hempel

Sebastian Hempel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal services. Currently serving as Company Secretary at CoAct since February 2023, Sebastian also holds the position of Director (Authorised Principal) at New England Corporate Services Pty Ltd since December 2013. An Independent Consultant at Delphi Partners since February 2015, Sebastian has also been actively involved in various leadership roles, including Chairman and Director at The Armidale School, Owner and CFO at Carpentaria Cattle Company Pty Ltd, and Special Counsel - Corporate at NIOA. Past experience includes serving as Executive Director at Fitzroy River Corporation Ltd and Consultant roles at Halsey Legal Services and Wilson & Co Lawyers. Sebastian holds a BSc and LLB from the University of Sydney and has a strong educational background from institutions including The Armidale School and Divine Mercy College.
