Sergey Astretsov

Sergey Astretsov is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at Coactive AI since November 2023, focusing on unlocking insights from unstructured image and video data. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Alation, where Sergey advanced from the first product manager to Senior Director of Product Management, helping to scale the company from a startup to surpassing $100M ARR. Sergey has also co-founded Clicktree Labs, developed machine learning solutions to combat web scraping, and worked as a VC Associate at JSC RUSNANO, managing a portfolio of impactful investments. Earlier career highlights include building a fraud detection system at OTP Bank that halved credit default risks. Sergey holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
