Rich Heckner

Rich Heckner has a diverse work experience. Rich is currently the Director of Client Services at CoAdvantage. Prior to this, they worked at TriNet as a Director of Client Services from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they spearheaded the implementation of companywide initiatives and managed a migration project. Rich also developed a process to ensure proper service delivery for at-risk clients. Before that, Rich worked as a Regional Director of Client Services at TriNet from 2004 to 2015. In this role, they oversaw client relationships and coordinated the delivery of HR services.
