Venci Danailov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Venci started as a Lieutenant in the Bulgarian Armed Forces, where they managed a team and was responsible for converting classified materials to NATO standards. Afterwards, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Hunter Panels, a rapidly growing company in the polyiso industry. Venci then transitioned to sales roles, starting as a Sales Executive at O'Steen Volvo and later becoming a BMW Client Advisor - Business Development at Tom Bush Family of Dealerships. During their time at Tom Bush, they consistently increased sales revenue and earned recognition from BMW for their achievements. After that, they worked as an Account Manager at Randstad Technologies, where they successfully initiated new client partnerships. Following this, Venci co-founded Alphabet Solutions, a joint venture focusing on recruiting and developing candidates for the cruise-line and staffing industry. Currently, they are working at CoAdvantage as the Director of Sales Operations, where they lead a team and is dedicated to their success. Overall, Venci has demonstrated a strong background in sales, leadership, and strategic partnership development throughout their career.

Venci Danailov obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Military Academy, specializing in Computer Systems and Technology. Venci completed their studies at the academy from 1997 to 2002.
