Holly K. Pilcavage

Holly forges long-term strategies, then rolls up her sleeves with the team to execute them. She sets the tone for a culture fueled by excellence and a collaborative spirit. She balances the company’s broader growth pursuits with an earnest commitment to see her own community flourish. That’s part of the reason she nurtures relationships with local colleges and universities, regional partners, and community organizations.

She’s a volunteer and board member for a number of groups, including Dress for Success Luzerne County and the NEPA Rainbow Alliance. She helped kick-start Boost Business NEPA, a regional support network for small businesses struggling through the coronavirus pandemic.

The Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce named her Influencer of the Year in 2019. In 2020, the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal included her on its list of the top 25 women in business. The same magazine put her on its Top 20 under 40 lists in 2017.
