Deborah Gaiz

Deborah Gaiz is an experienced sales manager and operations professional with a strong background in headwear and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Custom Headwear Division Sales Manager at COAL HEADWEAR since February 2022, Deborah previously held multiple roles, including Sales Manager, Account Executive, and Account Manager at Brist Mfg from August 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, Deborah worked as Operations Manager at Bellingham SeaFeast and as Events, Marketing, & Membership Director for the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County. Deborah Gaiz holds a degree from Western Washington University, completed between 2006 and 2010.
